The Procedure for Bonding
Bonding is a fairly simple process that doesn’t need a lot of preparation. Unless you have a decaying tooth, you are likely to not need Anesthesia.
Our doctor will use a shade guide to select a color resin that will be used to match your teeth as closely as possible. Then the doctor will roughen the surface of the tooth and add a conditioning liquid.
This will help the bonding resin to adhere to the tooth. The putty-like resin that is the color of your tooth, is then applied and shaped to the proper size. It is also made nice and smooth.
We then use ultraviolet light or laser to harden the resin. After it is hardened, we will polish it up making it look just like the other teeth.
We are able to create a whole new wonderful smile in under 1 hour per tooth bonded.

When an individual is unhappy with the color of their teeth, sometimes whitening can be used to brighten up their smile.
First, a mold is taken of your teeth so an exact replicate of the teeth can be made.
Next, they will use the mold to make a custom tray to hold the whitening gel against your teeth.
These trays are yours to keep, and can be used whenever you feel you need an additional whitening in the future.
Once the tray is ready, whitening gel is placed into the tray and fitted onto your teeth.
Your doctor will show you how to perform additional applications of the gel from home.
After a short period of time, you will notice you have whitened teeth and a more attractive smile.
Whitening; Custom-Made
One option is our custom trays. These comfortable, thin, flexible trays are made in our lab to fit only you! Along with the trays, you receive the whitening gel in small syringes. These syringes dispense the gel into the trays and you wear them up to 30 minutes per day. Most patients see a dramatic change in 1-3 days but the treatment can last up to a week. The best part? These trays can last for years so touch-ups can be accomplished by just purchasing more gel syringes.
Whitening “On-The-Go”
Another option is “Opalescence Go” our disposable, whitening gel trays are pre-filled with whitening solution so you can whiten anywhere! Simply place the tray in your mouth, adapt them to fit your teeth, wait 30 minutes and then throw them away. A treatment kit includes 10 trays for your upper teeth and 10 trays for your lower teeth.
